1. What We Offer
MirloPaw is a digital service that transforms your pet photo into an AI-generated art portrait. Each image is priced at $0.99 USD and delivered as a digital download in 4K resolution.
2. Free Preview
Before paying, you can upload your photo and preview your pet portrait for free. This lets you confirm the art style and quality before you pay. Because of this preview step, all paid downloads are considered final.
3. No Automatic Refunds for Digital Downloads
Once your payment is completed and your 4K portrait is generated and delivered, the transaction is final. Digital goods that have been successfully delivered cannot be returned, similar to a completed digital print order.
4. When We Do Offer a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Failed generation: The AI service fails to generate your portrait and we cannot deliver your image.
- Technical error: A system error occurs on our side after payment, and your image is never delivered.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at tomm25224@gmail.com and include:
- The PayPal transaction ID from your payment email
- The email address used for the order
- A short description of the issue
We review every request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within 24 hours. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and your future access to the service.
